Stainless Steel 17-7 PH is a precipitation-hardening alloy consisting mainly of iron, chromium, 16–18% nickel, 6.50–7.75% manganese, and minor additions of aluminum (0.75–1.50%). The alloy has good dimensional stability, high tensile strength, and excellent resistance to fatigue and oxidation.
