Stainless Steel Slip-On Flanges are made of high-grade material like 304, 316, and 316L, which is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation. They are usually composed of 16–26% chromium and 8–35% nickel with minute amounts of molybdenum and carbon for added strength and stability. Mechanically, they have high tensile strength up to 515 MPa, excellent fatigue resistance, and great resistance to durability under stress and high temperature. They also resist stress corrosion cracking, thus best applied in corrosive environments. Their durability guarantees reliability over time in industrial applications that are demanding.
