Stainless Steel 17-4 PH Flanges are made up of chromium (15–17.5%), nickel (3–5%), and copper (3–5%), with niobium added to facilitate precipitation hardening. Carefully controlled amounts of carbon, manganese, silicon, and phosphorus enhance toughness and strength. These flanges boast a tensile strength of up to 1310 MPa and a yield strength of around 1170 MPa after heat treatment, along with excellent hardness, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability.
