Stainless Steel 410HT Pipes are heat-treated high-temperature versions of regular 410 stainless steel with enhanced strength and hardness properties that do not compromise on corrosion resistance. The metal composition consists of chromium (11.5–13.5%), carbon (max 0.15%), manganese, and silicon. These pipes consist of martensitic stainless steel that offers superior mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of about 500–700 MPa and yield strength of around 275 MPa. Heat treatment improves hardness and wear resistance, and they are ideal for mechanical and structural applications. Stainless Steel 410HT is ferromagnetic in character and offers medium corrosion resistance, best suited for the demands of strength and oxidation resistance.
Stainless Steel 410HT Pipe are a type of martensitic alloy of 11.5-13.5% chromium, with traces of 0.15% carbon and manganese, silicon, and nickel. This offers good resistance to corrosion as well as oxidation, along with high hardness levels. The material also possesses very good tensile strength at 620-880 MPa, yield strength at 415 MPa, and elongation at 15-20%. Good fatigue strength and impact are also offered to the material in this alloy under high temperature levels. Stainless Steel 410HT is suitable for high-temperature conditions, offering strength and durability under harsh conditions.

We ensures that its Stainless Steel 410HT Pipes are tested completely, including checking chemical composition and tensile and hardness tests. The company can provide relevant certificates, such as Material Test Certificates (MTC), meeting international standards and ensuring the product’s quality and performance.
Stainless Steel 410HT ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipes offer high strength and heat resistance, ideal for demanding industrial applications, including cutlery and machinery components, with enhanced durability and hardness.
Stainless Steel 410HT EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) pipes are created through fusion welding, providing high-strength, heat-resistant pipes suitable for industrial tools and components requiring exceptional wear resistance and durability.
Stainless Steel 410HT LSAW (Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded) pipes are manufactured using submerged arc welding, offering superior strength and heat resistance for large-diameter applications, including high-stress industrial environments.
Stainless Steel 410HT Seamless pipes are made without welding, providing uniform strength and exceptional hardness, ideal for high-temperature applications and industrial uses where wear resistance and durability are crucial.
Stainless Steel 410HT Welded pipes are produced by welding stainless steel sections, offering high strength and heat resistance, suitable for machinery components and high-temperature applications requiring durability and hardness.
Stainless Steel 410HT Square pipes feature a square cross-section, providing structural support and heat resistance, ideal for applications in machinery and industrial environments where durability and hardness are essential.
Stainless Steel 410HT Pipes are generally used in applications that demand great mechanical strength, wear resistance, and medium corrosion protection. These include petrochemical plants, power stations, and oil and gas industries, where the pipes are exposed to elevated temperatures and harsh working conditions. They are ideal for steam lines, furnace parts, heat exchangers, and high-pressure piping systems. In automotive and aerospace sectors, 410HT pipes are used for exhaust systems and structural components. Their increased hardness and heat stability qualify them for tools, shafts, and other rotating parts in factories and processing plants.
