Stainless Steel 314 pipes consist of about 24–26% chromium, 19–22% nickel, and a trace of silicon (up to 2.5%), which greatly improves oxidation resistance in high temperatures. The pipes have superior mechanical properties, with tensile strength around 620 MPa and yield strength about 310 MPa. The alloy’s strength and stability are preserved at temperatures of up to 1150°C. Because it contains a high level of chromium and nickel, Stainless Steel 314 has greater resistance to scaling and thermal fatigue and can be used in long-term exposure to high-temperature environments.
