Anucha Metals is a professional Stainless Steel 304H Nuts manufacturer in Bangkok, Thailand, providing nuts that provide high temperature strength and long creep life. SS 304H is a carbon-enriched form of 304, which is suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. We are manufacturing a full range of hex nuts, lock nuts, and heavy-duty nuts for ASME, ASTM, and DIN standards. With greater mechanical strength and improved heat resistance, our 304H nuts are intended for petrochemical, thermal power, and heat exchanger applications.
SS 304H has 18–20% chromium, 8–11% nickel, and a slightly higher carbon content (~0.04–0.10%) than the normal 304. It gives higher tensile strength (~585 MPa) and creep resistance at higher temperatures. It is mechanically stable up to 870°C and possesses excellent weldability as well as oxidation resistance. It is non-magnetic in the annealed state and preferred for heavy-duty usage.
