Chanchai Stainless is a renowned producer and distributor of high-grade stainless steel products in Bangkok, Thailand, with a comprehensive array of solutions such as Stainless Steel 321 Coils. Renowned for precision production, reliable service, and compliance with international standards, Chanchai Stainless provides coils that satisfy the demands of industries that need heat resistance, corrosion protection, and dependable performance. With experience spanning several years and high dedication to customer satisfaction, the company offers stainless steel coils for common as well as custom use in domestic and international markets.
321 Stainless Steel Coils are manufactured from titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, which has 17–19% chromium and 9–12% nickel with the addition of titanium to enhance resistance to intergranular corrosion. These coils have good mechanical properties, with tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa. For high-temperature use, 321 coils are structurally stable and resistant to oxidation at temperatures up to 900°C. Their chemistry avoids carbide precipitation on welding to make them suitable for welded components, which are subjected to higher temperatures.

The package further comprises an NABL-approved lab test report for confirmation against rigorous standards. For enhancing our commitment to quality, we provide several test certificates such as MTC according to EN 10204/3.1b, PMI Test Certificate, 100% radiography test report, and a Third-Party Inspection Certificate. Such strong measures guarantee 100% client satisfaction and confidence in the integrity of our Stainless Steel 321 Coils.
321 Stainless Steel Coils find extensive usage in continuous or intermittent exposure to high heat applications. Some of the common applications are heat exchangers, linings in furnaces, thermal insulation, exhaust systems, and high-temperature ducting. Aerospace, petrochemical, automotive, and power generation industries depend on these coils due to their resistance to scaling and retaining mechanical strength when subjected to thermal stress. Their good weldability and corrosion resistance make them a material of choice for fabricating parts that require endurance and long-term reliability in challenging environments.
