Stainless Steel 316Ti Coils are produced from a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel alloy with 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and wrought titanium to avoid sensitization upon welding. This stabilization provides resistance to intergranular corrosion and preserves mechanical strength at high temperatures. The coils have good corrosion resistance in chloride-rich and acidic conditions, as well as excellent tensile strength, ductility, and toughness.
