Chanchai Stainless is a well-known Bangkok, Thailand-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality stainless steel products, such as Stainless Steel 317L Fasteners. With unwavering dedication to precision, strength, and global quality standards, Chanchai Stainless provides fasteners that are engineered to function reliably in corrosive and high-stress applications. Chanchai Stainless supplies fastening solutions to meet exacting performance needs across industries. Reputed for fast service, reasonable prices, and rigorous quality checking, Chanchai Stainless is a reliable supplier of stainless steel fasteners to both domestic and international markets.
Stainless Steel 317L Fasteners are produced from a low-carbon, molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel alloy with 18–20% chromium, 11–15% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum. Low carbon promotes resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly following welding, while the molybdenum increases resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. These fasteners have superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa. They retain strength and corrosion resistance in acidic and chloride environments.

Stainless Steel 317L Fasteners are suitable for applications involving highly corrosive conditions where chemical resistance and toughness are a necessity. Typical uses are chemical and petrochemical process equipment, pulp and paper mills, food and beverage processing facilities, and seawater environments. They find special utility in fastening parts subject to sulfuric, acetic, and other severe acid exposure. Fasteners in heat exchangers, tanks, and piping systems also utilize the components. They endure long periods of service under harsh industrial conditions because of their resistance to localized corrosion, combined with weldability and mechanical strength.
