ER330 contains approximately 34 to 37% nickel and 14 to 17% chromium, with low carbon content. The weld deposit provides excellent creep strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1150°C. It exhibits tensile strength in the range of 600 to 700 MPa and maintains good ductility and toughness under thermal stress. The alloy remains austenitic after welding, preserving strength over time.
