Chanchai Stainless manufactures Dairy Spray Balls in Bangkok, Thailand, designed for effective internal cleaning of tanks in hygienic processing environments. These spray balls provide 360° coverage, efficiently cleaning tanks, vessels, and piping systems without the need for manual scrubbing. Made from polished stainless steel, they work well in both static and rotary designs and are optimized for Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems. Chanchai’s spray balls come in various sizes, spray patterns, and flow rates to meet different cleaning needs in dairy, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Constructed from SS 316L stainless steel, Dairy Spray Balls offer excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly from cleaning chemicals and acids. With a tensile strength of approximately 550 to 600 MPa and strong durability under repeated thermal and chemical exposure, they are built for longevity. The smooth surface finish (≤ 0.8 µm Ra) prevents bacterial retention and improves cleaning effectiveness in closed systems.
